BE KIND TO LIFE

One day at afternoon, while I was getting ready to go out side for gentle breeze, one of my childhood friend sent me a SMS saying i have to call him as he has no enough balance to call me. When I called him back, he told me, his goat is knifed by his neighbor, its bleed and lie down on the floor, help me friend to save the life. As his description about the bleeding i thought the patient bleeds after major circulatory leakage and it need some surgical application. I told him to hold the point of bleeding with a soft cloth and suggested to bring it into our Upazilla  Veterinary Hospital.

A one hours apart i had get a call from him, he said it might be so hard for it to survive because of huge blood loss. He had thought such on words from Veterinary Surgeon (V.S) who treated the patient. I asked him not be worried, as its is treated i think it would be OK.Then I told him he should talk to his neighbor. The culprit, I look at him as the criminal. But he wouldn’t. I was itching to talk the evil. I collected his cell number and tried to call him but it was switched off. I got him at night and asked why did he bleed the goat? He was telling me the goat damage his garden. I told him it’s not enough reason for him to be such cruel to animals. What if any one  do the same thing to you? I realized there was no use talking to him because he was illiterate as well as irrational.

He was rural illiterate person, it slightly match to his daily activities but how do i match while a person is seen to carry live chicken hangs onto motorcycle with its head down or a urban dweller shoot the birds just for making himself joyous of success. It is really a matter of no use talking about, because it is Bangladesh, the people we live here just on mercy of time that make every thing easy even an incidence of killing of human. Where we don’t have a realization on the value of our human life yet then how it would be goes through the pain of  Animal?
